Horizons Cottage

 

The name says it all: Fabulous views of sun- and moonrises coming over the horizon and endless water vistas. Romance is in the air! Horizons is a spacious and comfortable custom-built vacation home designed with you, the vacationer, in mind.
Boasting nearly 2000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, there are two stories furnished with every amenity to ensure a comfortable stay.
Upstairs, the large living and dining area opens onto a huge exterior deck. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and powder room close by. 
Downstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms with private baths and a covered deck.
All the comforts of home are provided for your vacationing pleasure:

Rental RaTES, Horizons Cottage/
Both Cottages, 2008-2009 season

High season: December 16-May 15: 2 persons, US$1800.00/week; 4 persons, US$2100.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3300.00/week
Low season: May 16-December 15: 2 persons, US$1500.00/week; 4 persons, US$1800.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$2900.00/week
Christmas Week: December 24-January 1:  2 persons, US$1900.00/week; 4 persons, US$2200.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3600.00/week
Extra persons: $300 per week, each. Maximum occupancy of both cottages is 9 people, regardless of age.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due with reservation. The balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy.  Return renters pay no deposit!
Cancellation and refunds: Deposits are refundable upon cancellation if made no less than 2 weeks (14 days) before rental period begins and only if the property can be and is re-rented for the same time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a rental can be secured for the entire period being canceled at no loss in rental fee.
Terms and Conditions: Horizons Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 6 persons; the maximum for Captain's Cabin is 3. When both cottages are rented together, the maximum occupancy is 9 persons, regardless of age.

Rental periods are based on a daily rate. Occupancy begins on your arrival day at 3:00 p.m. local time and ends at 10:00 a.m., local time on the contracted check-out date. Horizons and Captain's Cottage have been carefully designed and equipped to provide guests with a maximum of comfort and convenience. A cleaning fee is included in the rental fee structure and is non-negotiable. A rental contract must be executed before occupancy occurs. All rental requests are reviewed on a first-come, first served basis. Owner reserves the right to refuse any request and all such decisions are final.

Pet policy: Pets are permitted only by written agreement prior to renting and are subject to a surcharge and damage deposit fee.

Smoking policy: Both Horizons Cottage and Captain's Cabin are strictly non-smoking properties.
