Horizons! The name says it all - fabulous views of sunrises and moonrises coming over the horizon and endless water vistas. Romance is in the air! This custom-built vacation home is spacious and comfortable. Designed with you, the vacationer, in mind, Horizons boasts almost 2000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space.  The large living and dining area opens onto a huge upper level deck. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and powder room close by. Downstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms with private baths and a covered deck. All the comforts of home are provided for your vacationing pleasure:

Beach chairs and coolers
Limited selection of snorkeling equipment

Terms and Conditions: Horizons Cottage has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons; the maximum for Captain's Cabin is 2. When both cottages are rented together, the maximum occupancy is 6 persons, regardless of age. Pets are permitted only by written agreement prior to renting and are subject to a surcharge and damage deposit fee. Rental periods are based on a daily rate. Occupancy begins on your arrival day at 3:00 p.m. local time and ends at 10:00 a.m., local time on the contracted check-out date. Horizons and Captain's Cottage have been carefully designed and equipped to provide guests with a maximum of comfort and convenience. A cleaning fee is included in the rental fee structure and is non-negotiable. A rental contract must be executed before occupancy occurs. All rental requests are reviewed on a first-come, first served basis. Owner reserves the right to refuse any request and all such decisions are final.

Rental Rates, Horizons Cottage/Both Cottages:

High season: December 16-May 15 - 2 persons, US$1700.00/week; 4 persons, US$2000.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3300.00/week
Low season: May 16-December 15 -  2 persons, US$1400.00/week; 4 persons, US$1700.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$2800.00/week
Christmas Week: December 24-January 1 -  2 persons, US$1800.00/week; 4 persons, US$2100.00/week; 6 persons (both cottages), US$3500.00/week

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due with reservation. The balance and a security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy.  Return renters no longer pay a security deposit!

Cancellation and refunds: The deposit is refundable upon cancellation no less than 2 weeks (14 days) before rental period begins and only if the house can be and is re-rented for the same time period. A 20% cancellation/service charge is deducted to cover re-renting costs and is not negotiable. Later cancellations will result in a substantial reduction of the amount refunded unless a rental can be secured for the entire period being cancelled at no loss in rental fee.
